Basic Requirements

  • Fluent spoken and written English.

    • Proficiency in Word, PDF, Excel, Emails, and software applications.

    • Confident in using social media, especially Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.

    • A caring individual with strong listening skills to address client concerns.

    • Ability to check stock, place online orders, and manage supplier relationships.

    • Confident in calling prospective customers and converting them into clients by explaining the value and benefits of our services.

    • Ability to follow instructions and to take initiative.

    • Eagerness to learn and upskill.

    • Positive attitude and commitment to delivering a 5-star service.

Skill Set

  • Leadership experience.

    • Work collaboratively within an established team.

    • Monitor staff records, including sickness absence and annual leave.

    • Organise staff inductions and training as required.

    • Experience in creating and managing staff rotas.

    • Assist with data protection duties.

    • Conduct staff meetings and appraisals.

    • Maintain practice policies, ensure clinical compliance, and oversee health and safety requirements.

    • Oversee financial management, including banking, invoicing, expense tracking, debt collection, and payment coordination.

    • Experience handling complaints professionally and efficiently.

Bonus Skills

  • Background knowledge in healthcare-related fields.

    • Previous experience working in NHS or private clinics (e.g., podiatry, physiotherapy, osteopathy, chiropractic, dental, veterinary, etc.).
